ABOUT OUR DESIGNER

Dr. Margie Yavil's life long, Hebrew teaching goal has been to make Hebrew language learning enjoyable for her students. She believes that games can encourage a desire to learn by creating a stimulating, interactive, and fun school or home atmosphere. Dr.Yavil has always taken a creative approach to teaching Hebrew, and she created Mazel Hebrew educational games to offer innovative, motivating and exciting ways to improve reading fluency.

 Dr. Yavil spent a rewarding portion of her career teaching in Hebrew Schools, a Hebrew Day School, as well as having been the principal of a Congregational Hebrew School. Dr. Yavil is a graduate of Gratz Hebrew College in Philadelphia. She also holds a BS in Education, a Master's in Clinical Psychology, Certification in School Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
